چکیده
Phthalocyanines (Pcs) are macrocyclic compounds of great importance. Different metals and ligands can be used in the synthesis Pc it seems interesting that these give different properties to Pcs. Thus, usage areas Pcs have been increasing day by day. One most important use is photodynamic therapy (PDT) application. The scope this study synthesis, characterization investigation singlet oxygen generation property new peripherally tetra benzodioxane substituted indium(III) chloro phthalocyanine (InCIPc) which may as a potential photosensitizer for applications. compound was characterized various techniques such elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, MS, UV–Vis techniques. Furthermore, photophysical photochemical newly synthesized were investigated PDT studies. At same time, effect combination heavy indium atom groups bearing on solubility photophysicochemical discussed. results showed exhibits good DMSO shows high production. According displayed production, we say candidate

In this review, we address a highly interdisciplinary field: the use of nanomaterials as carriers for singlet oxygen photosensitizers and their potential applications in photodynamic therapy. In particular, recent advances in the use of nanoparticles including inorganic oxide-, metallic-, and polymer-based nanocomposites as photosensitizer carriers are highlighted. We review advantages and shor...
متن کاملControllable Photodynamic Therapy Implemented by Regulating Singlet Oxygen Efficiency
With singlet oxygen (1O2) as the active agent, photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a promising technique for the treatment of various tumors and cancers. But it is hampered by the poor selectivity of most traditional photosensitizers (PS). In this review, we present a summary of controllable PDT implemented by regulating singlet oxygen efficiency. Herein, various controllable PDT strategies based on ...
